Dynamic guided surgery has become an essential technique in the rehabilitation of severe atrophy of jaw bones. This time, I will introduce two updated techniques in navigation surgery. One is a fiducial-free technique, which is the so-called X-Mark technique. The other is the improvement of tracker fixation with EDX screws. Both techniques are imperative in All-on-4 and zygoma implant therapy.
